Effects of Hydrolysis Parameters on AlN Content in Aluminum Dross and Multivariate Nonlinear Regression Analysis

Aluminum dross, as a hazardous waste product, causes harm to the environment and humans, since AlN it contains chemically reacts with water produce ammonia. In present study, formula for modifying content in aluminum dross is proposed first time, by investigating components of changes their respective contents during hydrolysis process. Meanwhile, effects such parameters temperature, rotational speed on rate are explored. Furthermore, regression analysis performed objective functions. The results show that reaction time increases, variation decelerates gradually after modification. fastest initial 4 h, which essentially stagnates 20 h. rise temperature can significantly accelerate while has non-obvious effect dross. Regression secondary simplification modified content, revealing relative error between theoretical experimental values ? ±9.34%. findings this study have certain guiding significance predicting controlling hydrolysis.
